If you have a valid Canadian visa/residence permit, you need to apply for sticker visa for any purpose of visit. However, if you have a valid Canadian Passport and purpose of visit is tourism only then you can apply for E-visa. If purpose of visit is other than tourism and tourism period is more than 30 days then you have to apply for a sticker visa.

If you have valid Schengen visa / residence permit / and purpose of visit is tourism (30 days) then you must apply for E-visa. However, if the purpose of visit is other than tourism and tourism period is more than 30 days then you have to apply for sticker visa. European passport holders will apply for E-visa for tourism (90 days) However, if the purpose of visit is other than tourism then will have to apply for sticker visa.

The visa file preparation process time may take 3 to 4 working days.

If your visa application is refused by the Embassy / Consulates then you can re-apply after anytime with fresh documents as well as with new visa fee and service charges.
